Terms of Service

1. Purpose

This application allows users to offer toys in exchange for other toys, give them away for free, or offer them in exchange for points usable on the platform.

2. Access and Registration

Use of the platform is reserved for individuals aged 16 and over. Registration is free and requires the provision of accurate personal information. Each user agrees to keep their username and password confidential.

3. Service Operation

Exchange: users can offer a toy in exchange for another. Donation: users can offer a toy without compensation. Donation for points: users can give a toy in exchange for points, which can then be used to obtain other toys.

4. User Commitments

Users commit to only offer toys that comply with safety standards, are clean and in good condition. It is strictly prohibited to offer counterfeit, defective, or dangerous toys.

5. Platform Responsibility

The platform acts as an intermediary between users. It cannot be held responsible for the quality, compliance, or condition of toys exchanged or donated. Any dispute must be resolved between the parties concerned.

6. Points

Points allow you to obtain toys offered on the platform by other users. They can be:

• Acquired for free by giving toys through the platform.
• Purchased via a secure payment system (e.g., Stripe). Points are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for money, nor transferred between users. Their use is strictly limited to use on the platform. The platform reserves the right to modify at any time the rules for allocation, purchase, or use of points.

7. Account Suspension or Deletion

In case of non-compliance with these Terms of Service, the platform may suspend or delete the user's account without notice.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to French law. Any dispute will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
